The 15th AGM of Merchant Bankers Association of Nepal (MBAN) elected its 6th Executive Committee

Kathmandu, Nepal – October 1^st , 2024: The Merchant Bankers Association of Nepal (MBAN) successfully conducted its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today at 3:30 PM in Naxal, Kathmandu. During the meeting, the following individuals were elected to the new executive committee:

Executive Committee Members:

• Chairman: Ramendra Rayamajhi (NIC Asia Capital Limited)
• Vice-Chairman: Manis Narayan Joshi (Nabil Investment Bank Limited)
• General Secretary: Nirmal Bhattarai (Garima Capital Limited)
• Treasurer: Shivanth B Pandé (NIMB Ace Capital Limited)

Elected Members:

• Sandip Karki (Siddhartha Capital Limited)
• Lekhnath Pokhrel (Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited)
• Pushpa Sharma (Kumari Capital Limited)

The new leadership team, comprising representatives from several leading financial institutions, is committed to enhancing the role of merchant banking in Nepal.
